Our Team

Greg Kiley is the President of Kiley & Associates, bringing 25 years of federal government experience, including serving as a senior staffer on the Senate Armed Services Committee. He specializes in national security, defense, and local government policy. Greg has extensive expertise in developing legislation, coordinating hearings, and overseeing defense budgets. He now consults federal, state, and local governments and resides in Washington, D.C. with his family.

Kimberly VanWyhe, Vice President of Kiley & Associates, focuses on business development and strategy. She has worked on multiple political campaigns, served in the Alaska State Legislature, and consulted for The Cohen Group. Kimberly previously directed energy policy at the American Action Forum and holds an MBA in International Business from Thunderbird School of Global Management. She currently resides in Washington, D.C.

Jayson Braude, Chief Counsel at Kiley & Associates, has over 15 years of government affairs experience. He previously worked for U.S. Senators Kent Conrad and Sherrod Brown and served as Legislative Counsel to Congresswoman Janice Hahn. Jayson later became District Director for Congresswoman Nannette Diaz Barragan. He is a UC Santa Barbara and Southwestern Law School graduate, residing in Washington, D.C.

Michael Lane, Senior Partner at Kiley & Associates, specializes in federal supply chain policy, risk management, and government affairs. A former U.S. Army officer, he led a logistics and sustainment company deployment in Iraq. Michael has advised federal agencies such as the Departments of State, Treasury, and Defense, along with major defense contractors. He resides in Washington, D.C. and maintains strong relationships across Capitol Hill and federal agencies.
